FOR THE PEOPLE

"I am running because leadership should be about service, not power. It is about lifting people up, telling the truth, and making sure no one gets left behind. I am not asking for your vote — I am asking for the chance to earn it."

A LEADER
FOR THE PEOPLE

I am Jason Pearce. I was born and raised in Plano, Texas and I learned early that nothing in life comes easy. I started working as a kid and spent years taking whatever jobs I could find — often working two jobs and eighty-hour weeks just to get by. I know what it is like to live paycheck to paycheck, to choose between rent, food, and health insurance, and to stretch a dollar as far as it will go.

I pushed myself into sales and customer-facing work because I believed hard work and persistence should matter. It did. I broke company records, became a top national performer in the mortgage industry, earned my federal license on the first try, and went on to train others. I later worked in finance and insurance — again passing every licensing exam on the first attempt. After years of sacrifice I finally paid off my debt and began saving to buy a home.

Then the 2024 election happened. I watched neighbors struggle while politicians argued and did nothing. I saw a country drifting further apart and a system that kept failing working people. I made a hard choice — I walked away from my job, my benefits, and the comfort I had fought for, and put my own savings on the line to stand up for my community.

I am running because leadership should be about service, not power. It is about lifting people up, telling the truth, and making sure no one gets left behind. I am not asking for your vote — I am asking for the chance to earn it.
