I am Jason Pearce. I was born and raised in Plano Texas and I learned early that nothing in life comes easy. I started working as a kid and spent years taking whatever jobs I could find often working two jobs and eighty hour weeks just to get by. I know what it is like to live paycheck to paycheck to choose between rent food and health insurance and to stretch a dollar as far as it will go.

 

I pushed myself into sales and customer facing work because I believed hard work and persistence should matter. It did. I broke company records became a top national performer in the mortgage industry earned my federal license on the first try and went on to train others. I later worked in finance and insurance again passing every licensing exam on the first attempt. After years of sacrifice I finally paid off my debt and began saving to buy a home.

 

Then the 2024 election happened. I watched neighbors struggle while politicians argued and did nothing. I saw a country drifting further apart and a system that kept failing working people. I made a hard choice. I walked away from my job my benefits and the comfort I had fought for and put my own savings on the line to stand up for my community.

 

I am running because leadership should be about service not power. It is about lifting people up telling the truth and making sure no one gets left behind. I am not asking for your vote I am asking for the chance to earn it.
